Is there any difference in the quality of content in the different content packs?
Definitely not. All web page, article and press release content, regardless of the value of the pack, is unique, and of the same high standard. The only difference is the quantity of material in each pack.
Can I alter the packs to suit my client?
Each packs is offered on an ‘as is’ basis, to offer the best value for you and your clients. Should you require a tailor-made solution, you are welcome to order this through my retail site KerryFinchWriting.com – complete a Brief HERE.
Can I purchase these packs for my own business?
Most definitely! Your business success is important to mine – lets grow them together.
Is there a discount if you do the initial content and then the ongoing content?
If you order both an initial Site Content and an Ongoing Content pack, there are definite advantages to you, though not in the form of a discount. For each pairing of packs you will be awarded complimentary articles for your own business 5, 10 or 20 – the number will depend upon the packs chosen. This has been done to help promote your business, which will in turn benefit us as well!
Can I change my ongoing content order at any time (upgrade/downgrade) between packages
The packages are offered on an ‘as is’ basis. However once we have completed the content for one order, you can, of course, choose a different package when reordering.
Is there a contract?
There is no contract or recurring payments, you are not locked in in any way.
Do I have to email you each month with ideas for the ongoing content or will you do that?
For the Bronze ongoing content pack, you will be asked to complete an initial Brief. The Silver and Gold packs are delivered in 2 and 4 parts respectively, and we will request a new Brief for each part. This gives you the flexibility to change the direction of the content, modify keywords, focus on new products etc.
Is there a discount for 3/6/12 month pre pack packages?
We have not used ‘months’ in creating our packs – each consultant and client has a different schedule. Some want to make a rapid entry into a market and use the Gold pack within a month – others will use it to drip-feed content over a year.
What is the estimated turn around?
Turnaround time will depend upon the package purchased. As an indication only, the Essentials site content, will have a MAXIMUM 10 working day turnaround from receipt of completed Brief.
What happens if I am not over the moon about the content?
We value our reputation highly, and go out of our way to complete all work to your satisfaction, according to the Brief you have provided. We offer unlimited rewrites until you and your clients are completely satisfied.
What is a “pillar” article ?
A Pillar Articles, usually between 800-1000 words, are well-researched and referenced articles on your clients’ niche, and are suitable for adding to their authority Blog or News Section. Designed to engage readers, and established authority in a niche, Pillar Articles will keep people on the website longer – improving its ‘stickiness’.
They are also ideal to send to your SEO provider, whose team can rework them, slice and dice them into smaller blog posts and articles for networks and directors (bookmarking).
Will I get a tax invoice?
Non-Australian businesses will be sent an Invoice on request (your Paypal receipt may be sufficient for your accounting needs).
All Australian businesses will receive TWO tax invoices. One will reflect the amount you have paid upon ordering (which excludes GST), and the other will be for the applicable GST. The GST invoice must be paid prior to commencement of the project.
Can I blend services from KFW and DFY?
Yes you can! You can purchase a DFYContent Pack and supplement it with individual items, e.g. more articles, from KerryFinchWriting, by completing the KFW Brief.
Will I get invited to end of year BBQ at your place?
Absolutely!
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
We can discuss this if you have a particularly large project. However, rather than discounts we prefer to offer complimentary articles for your own business 5, 10 or 20 etc – the number will depend upon the packs chosen.
Can you recommend other services social media/web design etc?
We have long-term relationships with web designers, website resellers, facebook marketing and facebook page professionals, along with proven SEO companies – in fact most providers in the online business world. We only recommend providers who are both ethical and reliable, and known to us personally.
What is the benefit of having ongoing content on my site?
Adding regular, unique, relevant content to your, or your clients’, site is great for authority, and for search engine optimization – in several ways.
The search engines identify a site that grows gradually, with original content, and rewards it accordingly. That the content is relevant to the topic of the site, with keywords that reflect this, gives it even more brownie points, and helps establish the site as an authority for those key terms.
Because the DFYContent is designed for humans as well, the site content helps to engage visitors who land there as a result of your marketing activities. Statistics have shown that the longer a person stays on a site, the more connected they are to it, and the more likely they are to take whatever action is wanted: pick up the phone, send an email, subscribe, or buy.
Many of your clients will believe that they will be able to create this content on their own – but they rarely do. Why not make it easier for them?
Why have you included press releases in the ongoing content packs?
Over recent years, online SEO press releases have become a huge part of the KerryFinchWriting business. Those who use them are astounded by their benefits, and we believe it is vital for them to be included in any comprehensive online marketing program.
The perception that your clients, through you, may need to overcome, is that we are NOT talking about traditional newspaper, TV and radio news. Instead, think of Yahoo!News and Google News, along with other syndicated news websites.
Well written online SEO press releases can have an instant impact on your clients’ online footprint, whether you are trying to manage the reputation of the company itself (targeting the company/business/product name), or a keyword.
By using a premium news distribution service, PRWeb, the releases will appear on high ranking news services – with up to 5 links to your clients’ nominated page/s. Some of my press releases have delivered over 200,000 search engine results, though a good average is 1000: that’s still a lot of sites linking in or containing your clients’ url!
Don’t just take our word for it, or view these Testimonials.
And view Examples to see how our writers are skilled at adapting current news items fit with your clients’ targeted keywords.
What is the benefit of pillar articles over regular articles?
In order to establish authority in any niche, a site needs to offer topical, industry focused or trends-based content, and this is the role of Pillar Articles. You have the option of adding them to an authority blog, sending to a trade publication, even as a guest post on another site. They are ‘meatier’, referenced, and will keep your site visitors engaged.
Pillar articles, which are between 800-1000 words in length, are also ideal to make into PDFs for loading to document sharing sites – again, great for authority, as well as for SEO. Many clients also send these to their SEO providers as a quality source for more backlink-focused articles.
Standard premium articles are between 400-450 words in length deliver general information on a topic or niche. Although written for humans, they will contain the elements that are desirable for SEO as well: correct keyword placement, layout and relevance.
They are ideal for adding to an Articles section on your clients’ sites, and for rewriting and leveraging in other ways.
What sort of information will you need to collect to complete my website pages?
Upon purchase of a Website Pages pack, you will be sent a Brief to complete that will ask you for details on site structure, page and sub page names and keywords. In addition we will ask for background information on the business and its products/services, its competitors, and any authority/regulatory sites to help our research.
We will also ask you to determine the ‘voice’ of the site: authoritative, warm and fuzzy, problem solving, educational, businesslike etc.
A separate Brief has been created for Ongoing Content.
